Depending on your rental choice, we offer monthly leases (28 days) that automatically renew until canceled, with a 15-day notice required. For our large commercial garages, we have annual leases (1 year) that also renew automatically until canceled, with a 60-day notice required before the end of the lease. Payment is made online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) at the time of booking and will be automatically charged every 28 days. After each payment, you will receive your contract, which includes our regulations, via email.
Among the main regulations to follow: it is prohibited to store hazardous or illegal items such as flammable substances, weapons, drugs, or perishable food. Additionally, you must use your own padlock (almost all models are accepted).
